I sent out a set of paper cut-outs to my customer back in mid April. But, I noticed that it had either not arrived at the destination or, arrived and my log is not updated. I haven't heard from customer. Last track is as below - processing center.
Is there a chance the item wasn't recorded as arrived?
2019/04/15 Sender is preparing item for posting 2019/04/16 Posted 2019/04/16 Arrived at processing centre 2019/04/17 Handed over to carrier / Left for destination 2019/04/18 Arrived at processing centre (inward office of exchange)
