selling only to U.S.

If I want to only sell my items to people in the continental U.S. for the purpose of simplifying postage & paperwork (hassles), what should I choose in setting up my auctions? In the shipping preferences section where it shows 'Exclude shipping locations from your listings' & shows North America under the international heading, that doesn't exclude the continental U.S., does it? It only excludes those areas listed specifically under that heading such as Bermuda Canada Greenland Mexico Saint Pierre and Miquelon? I don't want to exclude buyers from the 50 US states so choosing North America under the International heading won't exclude the 50 states? It will only exclude those 5 areas checked off?
