seller wont answer

i have tried to contact seller since yesterday about package and today it has been delivered to the wrong address UPS said it was not my address on it ...i paid for it and was waiting for its arrival i have never had an issue with my address before and now the seller will not answer me back after 4 attempts to contact them since yesterday ...im very peed off about this being that i have ordered off of ebay for many years now and cant get any help due to it not being long enough time i want my package or money!!!!!
