My Dec invoice is incorrect. I contacted ebay customer service and got nowhere. I then spoke to a supervisor who promised to call me back in 24 hours...he did and started asking all the same questions over again. He had no answer and again promised to called me back the nexgt day PLUS he said he was going to give me a shopping credit of $10 for the inconvenience. He did neither, no call back (it's been 5 days now) and no credit. I dread starting this all over again but am determined to be heard and for the invoice to be correted. Does anyone have the secret to getting to a compentent resourse at ebay....I've only been selling for 12 years and still haven't figured it out.
