A seller will not refund my money for an auction he canceled. When I tried to contact him through the resolution center I got this message from ebay: We're sorry we couldn't find an answer for you. Unfortunately, this seller is not able to respond to your question. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing.
How can an active seller block comunication when there is an open case against him? I contacted him one time and was polite and he cancelled it for me, promised a refund but did not send it to me.
