I purchased a belt for my lawn mower, the listing listed my mower as one it would fit.  it did not fit.  I initiated a return and asked for the seller to send me  return label.  they did not reply.  time was running out to return, so I bought the return label.  can I make the seller refund the shipping it cost me?
