seller performance rating

None of my transactions seem to have been unloaded on time. I ship everything through Ebay...and take the stuff to the post office. What am I nOT doing? Sometimes I will print the label the night before...then take it to the post office the next day. Ebay has downgraded my rating because I am not doing this correctly and I just have no idea how to change it!
