seller blocked bidding .

Seller blocked his(she) all item  to me.

I do not know why. 

If I bid,  

Sorry, the seller is not accepting bids or offers from you at this time.

I don't know the seller and never  have bought  his item.

I can not contact to seller

Because if I contact to seller,  also "Sorry, the seller is not accepting bids or offers from you at this time."

I want to know the reason.

Please let  me know.
