seller on eBay continues to harass me in messaging rather aggressively due to me posting that his product was not OEM and aftermarket. The part I relieved did not fit and he became extremely hostile when I brought it up. How do I contact someone at eBay to report him?

Hi @mohabenh-45
You can use the Report option in the Action dropdown found in the message. You can also report the harassment here:

For the future, you should give your seller a chance to resolve a problem before leaving feedback that harms his reputation. All the feedback you've left has been negative. That reflects badly on you as a buyer and you may find yourself blocked by many sellers.
If you receive an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, then go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
