seeing sold items from longer than 60 days

I had someone purchase an item 64 days ago and just now decided to with hold their money saying it was an unauthorized purchase.. how can i see the item in my sold folder.. all i can see it 60 days ago

For an item older than 60 days, if you have the item number you can do a search for it.

If you don't have the item number, go to your INVOICES and select JUNE 2015 and scroll through the itemized entries until you find it, and then you go search for it by item number.
