searching for an item

has anyone else noticed how difficult it is to search for items with lowest price first?  

I search and get many many listing with prices from ...say .99 to 10.99.  when you open the listing, often the lowest priced item listed is not available or it is an entirely differnt item than what you searched for,  put in the listing so they can post a lower price.   

I am finding this problem mostly with China listings.   it is annoying to have to scroll through pages of the item I am looking for to find a listing with the picture and one price listed.

I would like ebay to look into it , but there is no way to report it.   several good examples are fidget spinners and brooches.
