scamming and manipulating return system.

Hello,

Recently,I've been scammed by 3 buyers.Last incident was 8/26/2018.Buyer bought 3 Nike t shirts from me.Few days after receiveing the items,buy claimed those shirts are not authentic and provided tracking number  few days later.Tracking number showed package was delivered to zip code 94547 where I live.So by eBay policy,I have to refund the money because return item was delivered.Actually ,what buyer did was send a package with probably nothing in it to different address in zip code 94547,not to my address.This way buyer can keep the shirts and get the money back.I found out because I contact my local Post Master.USPS has intranet tracking system which can see what address send from and send to,how much item weight .I have email from USPS to prove it.Please see attached file.Buyer id is cuesal_0 .The other 2 buyers ids are sanyelmatos_0 and dinami_40 .Address for those buyers are similar. Some global shipping company in Florida.Buyers names are all latino names.I hope eBay will do something about it.They probably won't because it is not high value items.But looks like there is group doing this and its add up to big amount of money.I already contact postal inspector and eBay too.Seller beware if you see this address ,think twice.
