Where (exactly) is the link to set up an ongoing search with email notifications? I haven't set one up in a while, and I'm completley stymied on where to find the link to do this. It's incredibly obscure if it's anywhere at all.

Also, why does ebay even pretend that they provide actual customer service? They seem pretty set on avoiding any direct contact whatsoever with their account holders, deferring customer service to the user community. Wow, it's a business, not a fraternal organization. If your question isn't in their meagre menu of "help" offerings you just seem to hit a brick wall with no further options. Just venting, but it's infuriating when you can't find an answer to a simple question.
