I have called 10 times now and still Ebay have not resolved my issue. I had a buyer return two different orders and when they did they returned a empty package. The first thing I did was to call Ebay and get the guidence on how to handle the situation. I did what I was told and since the buyer had a tracking number that tracked to my home they returned the buyers money and I am now out $212.00. I have also filed a report with the police like I was told from Ebay. I was also told twice that a supervisor would call me but that didnt happen either. What can I do to get this resolved?
