I recently sold a medical instrument by best offer that included free shipping. The customer (a veterenary hospital) wants to return the item because they "changed their mind," and thought that they were purchasing a different model. The listing was very specific as to the model number being as were the photos. I have a 14 day return policy that provides for the buyer to pay return shipping. Shouldn't they also pay for the $6.80 that I paid for expidited shipping to them?
