I purchased a 5.00 dollar item (transmission dipstick) from China. It was falsely advertised that it was correct for my car however it is way too short.. As we know China has an exclusive deal with the post office, I do not. The vendor says if it doesn't fit just return it. That will cost 23.50 to return. How do I get reimbursed for the return postage?
