i was told that i have to return a item by the 12th of this month, i contact the seller, i asked for a return label, they told not to return it itwould cost too much, they said that they would return the money but nothing has showed up on my pay-pal, ebay told me to send it, so we have a conflict, now the item is not even one the list of the items i bought, so some one tell me what to do

you guys have mad it very hard to contact you
