I got wrong labels on 2 boxes , buyers got wrong items , how do i send them a returned label to get the items back  ,so i can re ship  the correct tiems to the buyers without doing a refund ?

The easiest way is to have them open return requests as not as described, with the selected resolution being exchange. Then you can have eBay issue the labels at your expense. The buyer must select the correct resolution - they only get 1 chance to do it right.

The other option would be to create the labels at paypal.com/shipnow. Print them to pdf files instead of paper. Get the buyers' email addresses from their Paypal payment records, and email them the labels directly.

Let them know you are sending them labels, but do not mention email or Paypal. Just say you're sending it directly to them.
