return two or more items from same seller

I bought 5 coins/rounds off one seller the slabs are nicked bad so I open one to have it slabbed again only to find the rounds are not .999 silver as the ad stated my question is when you make returns do you have to make a return for each item or can you make it for the entire purchases?

You open a return for each item -

Go to your purchase history click return this item. Then click show more under the list of reasons so you can select 'doesn't match description'.

The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or issue a refund. If he doesn't send a label or says he can’t send a label, click 'ask us to step in'.
