Dear all,

I need to return the item i bought and i am trying to purchase the ebay return label but unsuccessful. I followed the instruction;

How to print an eBay return shipping label

If you're sending an item back using an eBay return shipping label, here's how to print the label:

1. Go to Purchase history.
2. Find the item in Returns and cancelled orders.
3. Select View return details.
4. Choose Print label.

When I reach #4, there is no button for Print Label. What can I do now? How can I purchase the return label?

Appreciate very much if someone can help me with this. Please see attachment below, there is no Print label button.

eBay cannot provide international return shipping labels.

Go to Malaysia Post or another carrier and get a quote for how much it will cost you to ship the item to the seller

Send that information to the seller and tell them to send you the money for a label or for them to buy a label and send it to you.

If they send money, you must purchase the label and upload the tracking into the return case.

If they don't send money or a label, you can ask ebay to step in.
