return label issues

at 11:18AM  Cincinnati time, called customer service. Robot told me call back in normal business hours. Wonderful service. Reason I called is am returning a Samsung cell phone. Post office told me needed a Hazmat label, not a regular one. Any idea of how to contact Ebay for this issue.

Did you get the return label from the seller or purchasing it on your own?  The USPS can help you with the label if you are purchasing it on your own.  The battery is the reason for this.
