return an item that is not on order list

On the last week of june I bought an Apple4 9.7 from cellular professor for my daughters birthday, she liked it but it didn't fit her purse, ao I requested the seller for return, he  agreed, but my purchase is not listed on my orders, all I need is the label for the return. O bought it trough PayPal and I can provide the receipt, in the mind time I need you to help me since is not my fault that my purchase is not in my order list. I hope to hear soon from you,
