relist continuosly is not being relisted by ebay

Starting this month (august) Ebay has been rejecting my relist continously listings. The reason is I accept best offers and have always listed the auto accept and the auto decline at the same price. I dont understand why this has changed all of the sudden. I have to relist each item individually.
