ebay cannot force a buyer to pay, nor can ebay force a seller to ship. The best that is going to happen is a full refund.

However, the seller will receive a defect on his/her account for the cancellation. Too many defects and the seller can be restricted or suspended. Since you paid, once you receive the refund, you can leave calm factual feedback and DSRs expressing how you feel about the transaction.
