refund

Hello

i did not receive an item that i paid for.  i contacted the resolution center and they refunded my money as if i were the seller and not the buyer. so when i try to get my money in paypal it tells me to refund the money to the buyer. problem is that i am the buyer and cannot get my refund. i tried to contact ebay and they said they understood my situation but still has not given me my refund. they closed my case in the resolution center. can anyone help. thank you.
