hello i have a problem, i purchase this item through seller, but it got hold in the custom, because the seller try to lower the value of the item so it can easily goes through the custom, i need to pay administrative penalty fee through the shipping company DHL because of seller mistake, the seller and i agree to something, and the seller will initiate the refund 600 AUS$ through ebay, and i need those money so i can pay for the import duty tax, how does this refund work? did i have to wait the money? or i will get the money when the transaction finish? help
