received order that I did not order

I ordered a pair of KYB struts and shocks for my Toyota Camry two weeks ago and the day before I was supposed to receive it I looked and found that the order was cancelled because the part was out of stock. I got a refund, but the thing is two days later I received a package and I find it has one shock and strut assembled together in a box, but I didn't order one, I ordered two. I would return it or try to speak to someone, but there is no customer service number for eBay, what should I do?

If it came from the same seller that cancelled your original order, message that seller from the "Contact seller" option in your Purchase History. It should be under "More actions" dropdown.

As you were already refunded in full, eBay can't really do anything.

If the seller wants it back, they will have to send a prepaid return shipping label or PayPal you the $ to cover return shipping.
