receive an empty return package or

hi. I'm selling on ebay since 2013. this is the first time i have seen this problem. i have Four Buyers from different acounts purchase the same item and once they receive the package they open the return immediately. Once i receive the return package and there is a piece of cardboard or a small tape roll. First i Message the buyers but they didn't respond my messages. Then i report an issue and call the agent but still they got their money back. please help me as a seller.

A quick glance at your active listings shows you do not accept returns. If these Buyers are opening an Item Not as Described refund request, then you pay return shipping and due to your no return policy, you need to issue a full refund no matter what they return.

Sellers that are Top Rated and offer returns or Sellers who are Above Standard and offer free returns can deduct up to 50% of a refund if the Buyer returns something different.

In the meantime, be sure to block each of these Buyers.
