It looks like you are the Buyer so if you want to change the Feedback for a Seller you have to message them and ask for a Feedback Revision. They can access that and send it to you through the less than Positive FB you left for them. Sellers are allowed to send 5 revision forms per year.
If you left the less than Positive FB BEFORE you and the Seller worked things out then that does nothing but put the Seller on the defensive. If the less than Positive FB was used to get an outcome you wanted on the transaction that is a policy violation and Sellers can have that kind of FB removed.
Thank you for wanting to change the FB for the Seller, at the end of the day they will appreciate that.
