"new IOS device using account" message

I got this message for 2 different "devices" but all it says is it is using IOS, which all Apple products use. I just reset and sold by auction an iPhone 6s and 7plus. I have an Ipad 2 and Ipad11. I have 2012 MacBook Air and newer MacBook air. I just bought an iPhone 14max and an Apple watch. None of them were activated or reset on the dates the messages say another device is using my acount. How do i know what device is using my account?? What does it even mean?? Please help.

Do the time and date indicated correspond to your own sign in activity?
