I called ebay Customer Service to find out why some of the items on my January 2016 Invoice are not detailed on my invoice. The only way to know what sold is to click on the "View Item" link that is showing on statement. This problem occurred 10 times on my January 2016 invoice. Ebay Customer Service told me that that it is a "system error" which has been reported and will be corrected, but I have been waiting since last week. Does anyone have any additional information about this problem? Also, I'm wondering how many Sellers are experiencing this issue along with me?
