what in the h3II is ebay thinking, when they say, -- item not as described?-" just REQUEST A REFUND". When in reality that page takes you t o a page for RETURNING THE ITEM. That is a completely different thing than "just requesting a refund". It may or may not be feasible, to return the item, depending on t hings like postage, or if you have transportation to a post office, ups, etc. So why is ebay so disingenuous , to offer a "refund" which is easy, vs a RETURN which is what they really mean?
