I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help. My previous order did not turn out too well. Even though my package was given a tracking number that said the package was delivered to my house, I never received it. First, I contacted the seller, they did not offer much help, but referred me back to Ebay customer service. Unfortunately I was given the same response the seller told me, and because of the tracking number there was nothing else they could do. Naturally, I was upset, here I paid for an item I never recieved, I contacted Ebay customer service again and expressed my disappointment of the way my problem was handled. A few day later I got an email from customer service informing me my money will be refunded and I was given a rebate check. I call that service, they took a bad situation and turned it into a satisfactory ending. I hope to remain a long time satisfied customer. Thank you for not letting me down. Just wanted to share this with and I hope it is inspiring and uplifting to your entire company.
