I have two items ready to list, but when I click List Item, I get an error message:   "Unfortunately, we're unable to verify your identity. To learn more, you can contact us."   I spent an hour with several different customer service associates and all they could tell me was to contact PayPal to get my account "Verified". Every time I sell an item and use the Shipping cost varies for each location, after the item sells eBay calculates the shipping for an envelope and ignores the dimensions I entered in the listing causing the shipping to be much cheaper than it should be.   Anyone else have this issue? ...   This buyer bought Christian Dior saddle bag that was in excellent used condition which buyer received within 24 hours after payment was received.   The buyer left feedback, “Love it! Just as described. Thank you! Authentic CHRISTIAN DIOR SADDLE BAG BLACK CALFSKIN Gold No Reserve”   Days later, the buyer misused the buyer protection policy on eBay and reported a claim that the bag was damaged contrary to her initial feedback.   She took 6 weeks to finally return handbag and eBay provided the buyer a wrong return address. Not sure how or why? I sent buyer the correct shipping address but buyer refuses to return my bag. eBay refusing to help and claiming it’s not their issue and I’m out of 5k.   On May 16, 2021, I called eBay support and inquired about the return. The manager said that he will close appeal in my favor since buyer did not return my goods. On May 26, 2021 the buyer reopened case through Paypal and filed fraud. eBay then closed case in buyer’s favor within 72 hours and charged in penalty too.   I was told my appeal can not be reopened and outraged.   This buyer has committed grand theft and eBay is supporting this crime which is appalling and unethical.   If anyone has had this kind of issue with eBay  please help!!!!! black calfskin Christian Dior saddle bag that was in excellent used condition which buyer received within 24 hours after payment was received.   The buyer left feedback, “Love it! hello I saw that eBay sent me a message saying that this item was initiated for the return & no further action was taken.  this is so VERY WRONG! I have contacted the seller that I purchased these sandals from & have returned them due to their being too big. I shipped this item at my expense & let the seller knew that item was returned. (I have proof of priority mail receipt) according to my eBay messages they have no record of this but if they look at my messages, there is communication with seller "solar-life" regarding our correspondence. there is nowhere that I can find where I can contact eBay, even where it says for eBay to intervene, that link does not come up.  so I contacted the seller again, stating everything that has transpired since the return shipping of these shoes, including the statement that the seller did not have any return labels.  so I returned via USPS the package at my expense.  if someone looks at my correspondence messages to this seller, they will see that the seller IS aware that these shoes have been returned. I would appreciate someone on eBay to intervene on my behalf with this seller "solar-life". I am very disgruntled with this seller, especially when they wanted to only refund me half of the purchase price & I told them NO. thank you for a speedy reply regarding this problem.    a long time eBay user ps I feel there should have a much easier way of contacting eBay  ... This is a real issue, and I don't know what is different, but I  have not sold anything on eBay in months.  In the past, I sold items weekly or bi-weekly. There is a 2017 red nissan sentra on FB Marketplace that I asked about.  The response came and said they didn't have the car but it was with this other link.  I followed that link and it went to a Judith K Peterson.  She claims her car is set up to be shipped by Ebay Motors and sent me an invoice with directions on how to pay.  I have not paid anyone anything at this time.  She claims I have to use an Ebay card to pay with and all is guaranteed, no funds will be released to her until I notify Ebay.  I don't see that Ebay has a card.  Help.I also couldn't find the car on here.  I have a copy of the invoice. ... I have ordered an apple watch on june 15. over the next two days all of his reviews are negative for the apple watch. He has had over 3500 sales. With the last 25 in two days all negative saying item not delivered scam.    He has finally updated my tracking and it says it’s a 14lb  14x14x9in box from fedex.
