Sold approximately 4 to 6K Baseball Cards in a Large Flat Rate box on ebay.  Buyer, asked for full refund.  Which my first time doing this. I actually messed up, but i finally got him the full refund.  When he returned the cards. He only sent back about 40 to 50% of what I mailed out.  Basically the Ebayer picked up about 2-3K baseball cards + my $50 in shipping.  The ebayer OPENLY said in emails to me that he was 'taking' some of the cards; which, I assumed meant 10 cards or maybe 20 for his personal collection. I've never had to leave bad feedback before because any seller, who has packaged a product incorrectly, has made it right....WITHOUT me going thru the trouble of sending it back. But I have a seller, who won't admit that it was packed wrong(and I will bet everything I own, that the community would agree), and they refuse any kind of compensation on this item that cost me almost $300. I asked for $100, which is only a down payment to have someone rectify it for me. They refused ANY compensation, but they want ME, to spend additional time(for nothing),  to pack it up the same way and return it across the country. Plus, they refused to compensate me the money to pack it up also and ship it.  Now, I have done nothing wrong except pay for my item to arrive safely. They are blaming the courier, but I can assure you, that I would never have packed it up the way they did. So they refuse to compensate me to keep it, they refuse to compensate me to return it. My Bank's Fraud Alert Task Force once again contacted me via direct phone call, and text message stating: "FRAUD ALERT" DID YOU JUST PURCHASE AN ITEM FROM A HONG KONG SELLER for the amount of $$$ ??"" -Next was: Fraudulent Account Activity Has Been Detected. Your Accounts Have Been Frozen. You Will be unable to access your accounts until investigated,  and with your personal direct contact with us. -I do sincerely appreciate my Banks' efforts to prevent fraudulent transactions and unauthorized payments from occurring!!  This fraudulent seller situation has happened several times now. I purchase my items only from U.S. Sellers to avoid item delivery delays, damages, and item return problems. Purchased Items always have a U.S. location. BUT SURE AS HECK I RECEIVE ANOTHER BANK ACCOUNT FRAUD ALERT AND MY ACCOUNTS FROZEN -  AFTER I HAVE PAID FOR MY ITEMS (from the supposed U.S. sellers!) Yes, over a handful of my purchases now have tripped my Bank Fraud Alert Team- freezing up my accounts & transactions until I am able to confirm in person as to my eBay purchases!!  - Also the China & Hong Kong Sellers always add in a surprise few bucks additional above the item purchase price I paid in eBay item checkout!  Deceptive Selling Practices- Fraudulent Account Billing Check out the USPS cost to return an item to China!! WOW No Customer Service Of Course as well as a language barrier to contend with. I Called CS concerning the continuing China seller fraud- this yahoo hadn't mastered English yet, then he insisted my bank's "fraud team" were scammers and to turn them in! I kept hearing funny noises, talking and giggles coming from "Mr. Yahoo" over my phone.  Next he said that I had made no such purchase, item number doesn't match, and my personal bank were scammers!!    EBAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT??- They are still out to lunch and don't expect them to return anytime soon. I was missing one item in a recent order. The seller has asked for photos of what was received but every time I try to attach them to a reply the upload fails (at around 90%) and I am asked to remove and try again. The images are less than 100 Kb and it doesn't matter what browser I'm using.
