I've never had to leave bad feedback before because any seller, who has packaged a product incorrectly, has made it right....WITHOUT me going thru the trouble of sending it back. But I have a seller, who won't admit that it was packed wrong(and I will bet everything I own, that the community would agree), and they refuse any kind of compensation on this item that cost me almost $300. I asked for $100, which is only a down payment to have someone rectify it for me. They refused ANY compensation, but they want ME, to spend additional time(for nothing), to pack it up the same way and return it across the country. Plus, they refused to compensate me the money to pack it up also and ship it. Now, I have done nothing wrong except pay for my item to arrive safely. They are blaming the courier, but I can assure you, that I would never have packed it up the way they did. So they refuse to compensate me to keep it, they refuse to compensate me to return it. So basically, I would be left with a loss in the end for having to pay to ship this large item back. Leave bad feedback or ????
