I see listings where sellers show a product that has a lot of individual items.   They've created a list.  For example i'm selling a box of widgets and instead of listing 100 individual items, they've created a list which allows buyers to select one or more of them.    Does this selling feature, require the Pro Seller module.  I"ve got a basic store subscription.   Thanks, John ... Hi all,   I bought from a seller with 0 feedback (first mistake) an item that was a pretty good deal (second mistake). I was relieved to see that UPS was delivering the package, but when it came to the delivery day and the website showed the package was delivered, my package was nowhere nowhere be found. This was on the 17th and I've since checked with my neighbors and even chatted with the UPS Truck Driver who said he wasn't in the area during the time of day my package was said to be delivered. I've messaged the seller multiple times and they're not communicating AT ALL. I'm getting nothing from them, and because of this I can't even open a claim with UPS since I don't have the sender's contact information available to me. I had eBay step in today after the seller has been completely silent for a week, and they were very quick to say I would not be getting any refund. I'm at a loss since eBay isn't even considering the seller has no feedback yet on their profile. And now I'm out over $100 bucks. Does anyone have any advice? ... View more

I've been trying to list an item for sale on my account, that's been active since 2005. The issue I'm facing is that I keep getting asked to " verify existing detail" and when I do and then hit the confirm button, the page does not proceed so I can continue. About two weeks ago I had a woman reach out to me who had a black four-door Chevrolet pick up for $800. Wanted to pay it through eBay for her safety and mine. Has anyone had this problem? I had to go into the hospital for covid ,ended up being in there for almost 4 month's. I had 29 orders come in before I could shut my store down I contacted all the buys and we cancelled the orders because I couldn't fill the orders since I was in the hospital. Fast forward 4 months I open my store again an I'm below standard from what eBay said for having 29 orders out of stock which wasn't true the orders were canceled with buyers approval. So I go to appeal the 29 sales and they tell me its past the 3 months to appeal and they cant do anything about it, So now there hammering me with below standard fees. I have been a buyer for over 20 years on eBay with 100% reviews for the purchase of over 1000 items.  I am very frustrated by the inconsistent eBay delivery/tracking service.  I realize it is not the seller's fault, so I would not leave a bad review for them.  I constantly order items with no update, weeks go by and still nothing. I have listings sold on eBay still showing up on my sell page under the "active" category. Most of the listings  are not actually active, when I click on them it shows they are sold on the actual listing.  However, I found one listing today that was sold on eBay and when I clicked on the item it showed it was active on the listing's page. ...
