promoting auction listings

I can no longer promote my auction listings. The drop down menu beside my listings doesn't have a promote option. Anyone know how to fix this?

Interesting. Mine doesn't have that option either.  Not that I ever use promote myself, but I seem to recall the option being there at one point or another.

Maybe it has something to do with the listing having less time left or bidders already?

I tested under creating a listing, and that shows the promotion option.  Take that back, that was a BIN listing.  Any auction I create will not let me promote.  Weird.

And editing my current auction listing has no options for promotion. 

My BINs all have it though.
