I sold an item in an auction that ended on Sunday, May 21. The "buyer" is a flake and didn't pay or reply to any communication. I waited 4 days to cancel and went to ebay this evening to cancel and it is incorrectly saying that the sale date was yesterday (May 24). How can I correct this? I did send an email and another invoice yesterday, and wonder if that somehow restarted a clock?

Yes, it restarted the clock. After a combined invoice, the help page said.

Thanks. No idea what a "combined invoice" is, as this was for a single item. Frustrating!

Next time: no invoice.
Ebay sends invoices, that's enough.

Every time you send an invoice, you restart the clock and they get 4 more days to pay. There is never a need to send an invoice. EBay already does this. Wait the 4 days and then cancel with the reason buyer did not pay.
