I bought an
GENUINE VW AUDI SEAT SKODA EGR VALVE / COOLER 1.6Tdi & 2.0Tdi CR 03L131512CF from Car Parts Link Ltd in may of this year. The item cost £179.99. In October my car gave trouble and when I went to my garage they said the part was faulty (as per photo) and the car was unsafe to drive so they had to replace it immeditely. The seller is now refusing to give me a refund and would like to give me a relacement instead which is no good to me. I tried to contact ebay but I cant get through and I'm unsure of how to proceed?
