problem accessing pages

I keep getting messages when I log on, or try to view other pages that say the page has moved.  Has anyone else been getting these messages recently.  When I hit the back button to exit the ebay message page, and then go to the top of the screen and try to log on again, I then get the log on screen.  This has been happening to me for quite some time.  I have the latest Version of Internet Explorer....I quit using Chrome a few weeks back because it kept causing me to get the blue screen of death.  I have Windows 7 and have been experiencing problems withe Internet Explorer and am wondering if this is a glitch between ebay and IE.
