printing postage labels and extra certificate of postage

This is ending up too expensive. I only need the postage labels NOT the certificate of postage. It is impossible and costs more in printing, tape, paper etc.

When you go to print the shipping label, on the right side, at the bottom for the label format, click on CHANGE.  Make sure the Add receipt & instructions is NOT checked.  Now print your label.
