There are a few options for displaying a large number of photos on eBay.
1) Online Hosting: subscribe to an online image hosting service and add all of the extra photos to your item description. A string of 100 photos down the page can be a bit overwhelming, so one to 5 galleries of photos would be better. After hosting your images, this tool can make the gallery that can be added to your description.

2) Collage: Gang multiple photos together into an image collage and upload to eBay's hosting slots. For instance, if you made groupings of nine images, then eBay's 12 slots would accommodate 108 photos. This tool can help create those collages.

3) Video: Combine all of those individual photos into a video slideshow, upload to YouTube, and insert the video link into your description. This tool will take your YouTube link and make the correct link that will work on eBay.
