How do you report possible fraud on ebay when there is no one to talk to during this pandemic. I have searched the website and can't find anything on how to report this. I have a buyer claiming they didn't receive an item and I have messages from them asking me to change address because this was a gift to their girlfriend. I can't find the messages when I'm on the classic site but when looking through the app on my phone I can see the messages. I don't know what to do!!
