I have been making the mistake of doing the one time fee payment for a couple of years and I have been asking for ebay to send me my invoices and such from the year 2012 to now, well they sent me something, but it certainly was not an invoice of anything I have ever seen! They sent me the start of 2012 but with no numbers and I have hard copies of most of the sales too, but I am requesting and asking about why they are not adding the numbers correctly and I am now being ignored.. From what I gather with some of the numbers, Ebay owes me a small sum of over $700!!! I have tried to talk to these folks and I ask for their supervisor and ooops, I get disconnected and have to start all over with someone new! I am so frustrated, and I was wondering if anyone could help me out in the direction I should be taking !!!??? PLEASE, if someone has gone through something similar, point me in the right direction please!
