people demanding you do everything their way

Does anyone have problems with certain buyers telling you what to do one thing after another

example:  buy an item at 2:00 pm 2:30 Messaging do not put bill in package, be sure to wash item, I want tracking number tonight.  When I tell them I do not ship through E-bay due to the fact I live 2 miles from P.O. they scold me saying things like don't mess up the tracking numbers this item is a gift.  It seems always to be electronics I thought maybe they are selling my items before they buy them is that possible.  It bothers me that they really think that I am their employee.  Does anyone else have this problem?
