I looked at 2 of your active listings, and you have opted into ebay International Shipping, which means you send the item to an ebay hub (most likely in Glendale Heights, IL, but there are others) and they prepare the customs form and ship the item to your international buyer.
The sconces include Germany, but the rabbit night light does not ship to Germany. I am guessing there is something about that night light that makes it prohibited (perhaps the electrical plug?). Therefore, if Germany is not among the list of countries for the item your buyer wants to purchase, s/he will have to look elsewhere.
