# of views not showing for weeks

Is anyone else still not having their "# of views" not showing up on their listings? This has been going on for a couple of weeks now.  I just started managing a nonprofit account and I want to do a a good job for them, but no views either.  Does anyone know anything?  It's starting to affect my sales.  This makes me wonder what other glitches they may be having that could be a factor.
