non paying bidder

I absolutely resent Ebay policies barring sellers from posting negative feedback for non-paying bidders. A negative feedback tells potential sellers not o deal with the "buyer". I checked the profile of a man who won my auction and did not pay or respond to my multiple messages. This is disrespectful, to say the least. But his profile and his feedbacks are silent about his failure to pay. Ebay says a non-paying mark in the bayer's profile is more effective, but I did not see any non-payment mark. I demand that Ebay reinstate negative feedback for non-paying buyers.
