I made a purchase that does not show up on my purchased list. how am I supposed to return or address problems with this item?

Hi @rah527  How long ago did you purchase the item? Check your eBay messages (or emails) to find the order confirmation for your purchase.

purchased chased on 3/19/24, I received several days later. no notice received. I only have the item, package and payment statement.

@rah527  It should be in your Purchase History then. Are you using the phone app, or are you on a computer? Check the date range setting (drop-down list) for your Purchase History.
