missing mail

my item was marked delivered by USPS but it was not received. How do I get my money back? eBay and USPS both deny my claims.

If you are the Buyer and the Seller shipped to your address used at checkout, the post office should be able to tell you exactly where it was delivered based on GPS coordinates.

If USPS shows delivered, there is no insurance claim to file.
